MLC Applicant Information
Minimum Qualifications

· Dedicated. We are not looking for on again off again members. We strive to be a club with long term members who are dedicated to keep the facility going. To prevent overcrowding we have set a limit on the number of members. So that makes it important to pay dues on time, take care of equipment, clean up after yourself, turn the lights off when you are the last to leave and lock the door.
- I am 21 years of age or older.
- I have never been convicted of a felony.
- I agree to a $10.00 charge if I need to replace a lost key.
The Monroe Lifting Club LLC does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability.
The facility is open 7 days a week from 5:00am to 11:00pm. EVEN ON HOLIDAYS!
This facility is monitored 24 hours a day by a camera and security system.

Membership Types
We require that all new members pay for the first 2 months (50.00) upon receiving their key. At the beginning of the 3rd month they will be required to make payments of $25.00 per month. Membership can be cancelled after the 2nd month at anytime. Although there will be no refund if you cancel in the middle of a month. In order to cancel you must contact MLC and return the key. There is also a $10.00 key deposit on all new memberships (except for annuals). If your memberships is more than 7 days past due the key deposit will not be refunded.
NO LONG CONTRACTS!
You may also pay $275.00 for a year up front. When doing so you save $25.00 off of your 1 year membership. Annual rate can not be cancelled or refunded.
If at anytime you leave MLC you may re-apply. Depending on the circumstances of your departure and the number of active members you may return.
